Having just received my absolutely amazing 'Look Book', I felt compelled to share my styling experience to let everyone one know that it was the best thing to happen to my wardrobe since we rescued it from Ikea!!!
I always dreaded the daily task of compiling an outfit, having a physical job that involved the need to be 'comfy and practical' but also look 'on trend' due to meeting potential clients and then add in the school run, my clothing had a lot to stack up to. Also I hate the feeling that I'm looking to 'try-hard ' and was always very envious of those girls who always looked effortlessly cool! So when I had the opportunity to have a one-on-one styling 'lesson ' and wardrobe detox, it made obvious sense to go ahead and invest in me for a change!
Emma made me feel completely different about my body shape and enhanced all the good bits... mainly through the power of a really wicked pair of jeans. I didn't feel self conscious as I thought I would and although Emma was very honest, she never made me feel silly and most importantly really listened to my requirements and dressed me for me not making me into a fashion slave. Since the experience I now shop with so much thought, all pieces are considered as to whether I really like them and that they suit me, as I have learnt that those two things go hand in hand.
My friends have commented on how cool I look, also asking if I have lost weight (I haven't) and close friends have noticed the difference in my confidence. I now look forward to opening the doors of my wardrobe and refer to my look book if I get a bit stuck, I love this feeling of looking good every day and not just saving dressing thoughtfully for a night out.
Thanks Emma soooo much, your styling service is brilliant and I can't recommend you enough.
